Our standard service offering is available to clients that have not chosen to have a PMA or enter into a Service Agreement with our Company. Customers can contact us through our 800 service number and a technician will be dispatched.
Our Service Hotline is available 24/7 and a Service Technician will be dispatched to handle the required repairs.
Under this type of agreement, Customers commit to using our services for any needs that are beyond the scope of their own resources and, in exchange, they receive discounts on labour and service. A particular advantage are the discounts on after-hours service calls.
Preventative Maintenance Plan – Silver
We offer preventive maintenance agreements that provide 2 preventive maintenance checks per year. One of these checks ensures that your doors are operating in compliance with relevant ANSI standards from a life-safety perspective. The other check is an operational effectiveness inspection. These inspections are generally about 6 months apart. This type of program gives facility stakeholders peace-of-mind that their automatic openings are operating safely and effectively. For any service requirements that fall outside of these inspections, PMA customers receive a loyalty discount on both labour and parts costs.
Preventative Maintenance Plan – Gold
The Gold plan includes all elements of the Silver level plan but, in addition, includes all service labour costs for a fixed fee. Gold Level customers would still receive discounts on any required parts. Labour required due to acts of god, vandalism, etc. would be additional to contract.
Preventative Maintenance Plan – Platinum
The full-service Platinum level plan is structured as an extended warranty. All labour and parts are included in the plan fee in addition to the semi-annual inspections. The only exclusions from this plan would be acts of god and vandalism, etc.
