Series 2000

The Allegheny-exclusive drive systems feature a slim 4″ x 6″ header that allows for a flush installation to 4″ jambs and quick header-to-jamb fastening with no header end caps required. This results in attractive sight-lines with hair-line joints. 

Slide operation is accomplished through 1/8 HP moter working with a threadless stainless steel 1/2″ diameter linear drive shaft. A linear travel block describes a helical path along the rotating shaft. The Profiler® Series 200 Linear Drive system is available in many hand configurations.

  • Heavy duty drive-train with 1/8 HP motor and a linear drive system
  • High quality steel carriage wheels with ball bearing design
  • Fully replaceable nylon covered aluminum carriage track
  • Patented panic breakout system featuring a solid bar wheel carriage with continuous interlocking. This ensures dependable emergency breakout without sagging, along with effortless resetting.
  • Adjustable astragal with double weatherseal captured in door panel extrusion. This ensures lasting and superior weatherseal.
  • Superior high-strength corner block construction for all door panels for years of dependable service.

The Profiler 2000B offers the same reliable performance and 1/8 HP motor combined with a belt driven drive system.

Designed with the smallest header in the industry, the Profiler® 2000B elite is the preferred sliding door amongst architects. The system is available in non-, partial-, and full-breakout configurations and is engineered with the smallest header in the industry. 

 In addition to featuring the smallest belt drive header in the industry and full emergency breakout, the Series Profiler 2000B Elite-Plus is your solution for meeting the following wind load requirements: 

  • ASTM E330-02: (Wind load) Standard Test Method for Structural Performance of Exterior Doors
  • ASTM E283-04: (Air Infiltration) Standard Test Method for Air Leakage Rate through Exterior Doors

Series 2001

Designed for heavy duty commercial applications, this system uses the 2001 belt drive header and is available in non-, partial- and full-breakout configurations.

  • Heavy duty drive-train with 1/8 HP motor and 3/4″ steel reinforced belt drive system

Designed with a six inch wide and high header, the ProSlide™ 2003 sliding belt drive system utilizes a heavy duty belt drive system that is engineered to provide long life and quiet operation in a high traffic environment.

Standard system features:

  • Heavy duty drive-train with 1/8 HP motor and 3/4″ steel reinforced belt drive system
  • Durable 6″ X 6″ header
  • High quality steel carriage wheels with ball bearing design
  • Fully replaceable nylon covered aluminum carriage track
  • Patented panic breakout system featuring a solid bar wheel carriage with continuous interlocking. This ensures dependable emergency breakout without sagging, along with effortless resetting.
